We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Before using our website and purchasing our products, please carefully read these Billing Terms and Conditions. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Prices:
– All prices shown include VAT and are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.
– Prices do not include Shipping or Installation fees.

Discount Codes:
– We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes at any point, even if an order is processed.

VAT:
– VAT is charged at the current rate of 20% to customers within the European Community.
– For customers outside of Europe, the VAT will automatically be removed at checkout.
– For VAT Registered customers within Europe, you will need to order by e-mail as our online store does not have the facility to process and validate VAT numbers.

Payment:
– We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards through our PayPal Checkout.
– For card payments, we will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number and cardholders full statement address details.
– For sales over £100, we can only deliver to the statement address of the cardholder unless you have passed 3D Secure or Verified by VISA
– We also accept bank transfers – please contact us for our bank account details.
– Cheques are no longer allowed.
