Refund policy
At Ignite Performance, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return the item by emailing support@ignite-performance.co.uk or calling us at 0163 374 8854. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number with your returned item.

Ship the Item: Send the item to the following address: Ignite Performance Unit 8 Aberaman Industrial Estate, Aberdare CF44 6DA
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at support@ignite-performance.co.uk or 0163 374 8854. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
