Each rotor weighs approximately 27.3 lbs, reducing rotational mass by 0.4 lbs per corner compared to the stock 27.7 lb rotors, while maintaining sufficient thermal mass to dissipate heat effectively.
The central hat is crafted from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, and the rotor discs are constructed from a proprietary CM-250 alloy capable of handling extreme braking temperatures without warping. Unlike the factory setup, which uses identical rotors on both sides, the 034Motorsport rotors feature 72 directionally curved vanes, optimized for each side, ensuring balanced airflow and consistent cooling.
