The 034Motorsport 2-Piece Floating Rear Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit for the Audi B9/B9.5 RS5 is a complete 330mm x 22mm replacement designed to work seamlessly with factory rear calipers. Each rotor weighs approximately 12.1 lbs, reducing rotational mass by 1.7 lbs per corner compared to the stock 13.8 lb rotors.
The central hat is crafted from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, while the rotor disc is constructed from a proprietary CM-250 alloy capable of withstanding extreme braking temperatures. The J-slotted friction face cleans pad surfaces and allows hot pad outgassing, minimizing braking noise while improving performance.
The floating design uses high-strength alloy steel bobbins to maintain axial and radial float between the hat and disc, allowing for safe thermal expansion and contraction. With 72 curved vanes to force cooling air through the rotor and a replaceable ring design, this kit delivers OEM-level fitment, improved performance, and lower long-term maintenance costs.
