034Motorsport High-Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade - 2.0T EA888 Gen3

The 034Motorsport High-Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory HPFP used on the 2.0T EA888 Gen 3 engines found in the MK7/MK7.5 GTI, GLI, Golf R, 8V/8V.5 A3/S3, and 8S TT/TTS. This upgraded pump significantly increases fueling headroom, making it ideal for higher-output builds.

By installing this pump, the fuel system can deliver up to 38.6% more flow compared to the stock HPFP on 1.8T and 2.0T EA888.3 engines. This additional capacity supports the increased fuel demands of ethanol blends (such as E85), race fuel, and higher-boost setups. It is the perfect match for Dynamic+ ECU software calibrations that require an upgraded high-pressure fuel pump.

A standout feature of this system is its OEM-level manufacturing approach. Unlike competitors who disassemble factory pumps and rebuild them with mixed aftermarket internals, the 034Motorsport High-Pressure Fuel Pump is produced entirely by an OEM fuel pump manufacturer from start to finish. Every component is designed, machined, and assembled together—ensuring unmatched precision, reliability, and long-term durability.

This upgraded pump is also compatible with the EA888 Gen 3 1.8T engines when paired with an updated Vacuum Pump Housing. A conversion kit from 034Motorsport will be available soon.
