034Motorsport’s Stage 2 Billet Valve Cover Breather Assembly is a precision-engineered upgrade for Volkswagen Mk7/Mk7.5 Golf GTI/R and 8V/8V.5 Audi A3/S3 models, designed to replace the failure-prone factory oil separator and PCV assembly. Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized black for long-lasting durability and appearance, this valve cover breather features a built-in baffle plate to prevent oil from surging into the cylinder head, keeping the intercooler, turbo inlet, and intake tract free from oil and water vapor. Compatible with the 034Motorsport MQB Catch Can Kit for a complete Stage 2 setup, it eliminates the “giant puff of smoke” seen under aggressive driving while ensuring clean airflow and proper crankcase ventilation.
